Felix P. Herlihy

Prior to joining IFIL as head of its direct investing efforts in the United States in 2004, Felix was a Managing Director and Principal of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Group based in New York and London. Felix was a founding member of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners II L.P. (“LBMBP II”), a $2 billion fund focused on long term capital appreciation through investments made in privately negotiated transactions. Felix identified, executed, monitored and exited private equity investments both for LBMBP II and directly for Lehman Brothers and affiliated funds. Prior to joining the Merchant Banking Group, Felix was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers in both New York and London and worked on a wide variety of corporate finance and M&A engagements.
Felix holds an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was a Samuel Bronfman Scholar and an A.B. magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard University where he was a John Harvard Scholar. Felix is conversant in Italian and French.
Peter V. Styke
Peter Styke is currently Vice President of International Operations for Siegel-Robert Automotive. In this position, he is expanding the Siegel-Robert operations overseas, with greenfield facilities and offices located in Shanghai and Suzhou, China. With over 20 years experience in the automotive industry, Peter has established and managed manufacturing operations in Asia, South America and Europe. He has previously held positions as Director of Emerging Markets and Director of Technology Transfer, where he implemented the design and launch of new products in both China and Brazil.
Peter holds a Bachelor degree in Business Communications, and has studied engineering and program management at the University of Wisconsin, the University of Michigan and Notre Dame. He has also had extensive lean manufacturing training in the U.S. and Japan. He is currently studying Mandarin and lives with his wife and two children in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
Meng Fai Yee
Meng Fai Yee is the Asia Pacific Regional Manager of Supplier Development within the Corporate Quality Department at ArvinMeritor. To facilitate ArvinMeritor’s low-cost country sourcing initiative, he helps auto parts suppliers in the Asia Pacific region improve their quality system and product quality. Previously, he was a Manager of Engineering and Quality at ArvinMeritor’s joint venture in Xuzhou, China. Prior to his expatriate role at the Xuzhou joint venture, he was quality manager at ArvinMeritor’s driveline business in Singapore.
